"Absolutely wonderful hotel. From the greeting with a glass of wine, to getting me a cab for the airport at checkout, this is a gem. Hotel staff answered all my questions and took an interest in my visit to Ljubljana (our talk about the Swans and God is an Astronaut showed our mutual interest in music)! The view of the Castle was amazing. And, the restaurants are fabulous. I hope to come back soon. Cheers!!"

"The location was fantastic with great restaurants very close by and easy walks to everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable and cozy, and breakfast was great. We really appreciated the parking advice in advance of our arrival as it made our drive into the city much easier. We were able to get to the hotel easily with the shuttle service."

"The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to...
