"The hotel room was attractive and clean. The food was well cooked, both in the bistro and in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a park so had pleasant surroundings, a place to leave the car free of charge and quiet for a good night's sleep. We were surprised that the bar closed by ten at night, which seemed too early. Otherwise, this hotel made our time in the capital extremely enjoyable."

"Was off to a rocky start. The room configuration made half the bed inaccessible. Hotel was sold out so when spoke to owner by phone and she did not care just told us that we would be charged. Another owner came to show us that is was possible to split the beds past the steel beam. Still had to step over the beam every time. Once reconfigured it was acceptable but not enjoyable"

"Perfect location for exploring Ljubljana. Dozens of restaurants are within a few blocks, and it’s only a short walk to the scenic riverfront lined with beautiful historic buildings. Everything is just steps from the front door. This is a quaint hotel with plenty of charm and a few quirks. As long as you don’t expect or require a typical American hotel room, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. We stayed on the very top floor, which meant lots of stairs—and I stress, lots of narrow, winding stairs!...
