"Everything was fine and as expected, except the bathtub was those “vintage” freestanding kind. So no way to stand up and shower. The tub drained extremely slowly and backed up in an instant. So taking a bath wasn’t the best experience. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel, and our room was great. The location is the biggest positive."

I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. "The room was very comfortable and spacious, kept very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and there is a beautiful courtyard on the property. The breakfast is very fresh and has a wide variety of options. The hotel is located in an area with many good restaurants around, and the subway is a short walk away.
