"The check in and entry system is convenient and seamless. The suite itself was clean and functional. Quick tram ride to the Navigli district for some fun food, drinks and music at the Blues Canal. Lots to walk to. The lobby of the building could use some upgrading. It’s very dark, worn and uninviting.
Ciao

"Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive.
We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved.
Breakfast was delicious too."
"Hotel was so good staff was so friendly and they all speak English which was the only language I could speak out there
Room was super clean and comfy
Breakfast was amazing and quiet
Location was so good
10min away from Piazza Doumo , central was 10 min way too "
"We stayed in the suite for five people. Although the bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable, it smelt of very stale air and when the air in was put on it was dusty.
The design looked like an attic conversion with low ceilings in parts and really outdated gold and pink cheap tacky decor. The fixtures around the French windows were broken or crumbling. I’m leaving a two star review as it is classed as a four star hotel!"
