"We were bery happy with the Carlo Felice. The room was quite comfortable though predictably small. The bathroom was very clean and of high-quality construction. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that our room looked out into an inner courtyard that contained the recycling bins, and a couple of times in the morning we were awakened to the sound of glass being dumped."

Da migliorare : il check in è stato complicato in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per fare il check in: nessuna risposta al citofono e al telefono. Approfittando di una persona che usciva sono salito a piedi ( per l'ascensore è necessaria la chiave) e ho trovato i pittori che lavoravano nell'ingresso. Per fortuna hanno chiamato la proprietaria. "The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning."

"Place was immaculate, clean and very well presented. The my only gripes was the WiFi was pretty bad and the shower enclosure was scarily compact. But apart from that the place was awesome!"
