"The property couldn’t have been more central. Great for hopping on/off public transport and some great restaurants on doorstep. Hotel was spotless and the staff very welcoming/ helpful. Rooms big and very comfortable. Breakfast was super and something for everyone."

"Direkt am Bahnhof. Zimmer+Bad groß und sehr sauber. Personal freundlich, es war kein Problem Gepäck nach dem auschecken noch im Hotel zu lassen. Gastronomie leider nicht ausprobiert, wird beim nächsten mal aber nachgeholt."

You can keep your windows open to see and hear the hustle and bustle or close them for a remarkably quiet experience."

"Excellent hotel in the Old town of Gdansk. The location was great for our party of 4 ladies. Close by were many restaurants and shops. Staff at the hotel were brilliant and very helpful. We were bed and breakfast and the food was lovely ...plenty of choice. Would recommend to stay here. Would certainly come again to the Mecure hotel ...with amazing views."

"Offered the breakfast at checkin was worth it - lots of hot and cold options. Unfortunately our room had cigarette smoke taint. Also a malfunction cistern push button. There is no aircon: fans are provided. If room faces South need to leave window open, then street noise. Clean and spacious sitting area. Elec jug few condiments. Induction element. No toaster. Bathroom small efficient layout with wall mounted body wash."

"This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed...

"The hotel was lovely, chilled and in a really good location. Rooms were massive for a normal city break and the staff on reception were so helpful. Only issue I personally had was in my room only one socket worked (the bathroom). Not a major issue but maybe for someone who is there for business and needs the use of multiple sockets it may have been a problem"
