"Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."

"My colleague had a very disappointing experience at Kooii Apartments. She checked in at around 7:30pm and was told by reception that no staff would be available after 8pm. When she entered the apartment, she found that one of the bedrooms was locked. She also discovered that the balcony sliding door was broken and could not be locked properly. As she was travelling alone, she felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, by then it was after 8pm and there was nobody available to help. She...

"Friendly welcome, Comfortable hotel with excellent river views and in an excellent location - walk easily to anywhere in CBD, catch the river cat or only 10 mins to Fortitude Valley or Central Sations. "Always a good stay at The Constance. Rooms are lovely. A little disappointed with the courtyard room as didn't realise its not got any undercover area, it was raining so couldn't use it and the outside bench and cushions were all soaked. Probably just get a normal room next time as a bit cheaper. Great breakfast the next morning at a really reasonable price. It's a shame they have rebranded the breakfast room though, it's a bit bland now. We LOVED when it was The Rose Room."

"Nice clean apartment close to everything"

"Can't beat the location. The property was quiet. It's old but was clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. My room had a view of the office building wall next door and the mechanical equipment. Not great. The only real issue was the room was not ready by check in time, 2pm. They held my bag and requested that I return at 2:45. Still wasn't ready but was before 3pm. I'd stay there again if in Brisbane though."
