"Everything was excellent, except for the pillows. They were tall and hard. Bought one at Walmart for a few bucks, problem solved. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the hot breakfast was excellent. Bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, pancakes, pastries and cereal. For the price, it exceeded expectations. "

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent three-night stay. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was initially checked into a smoking room that smelled of stale smoke and had a leaking bathroom. Upon requesting a change, the second room provided also had a strong odor. Furthermore, the room was incredibly noisy due to a rattling AC and vibrations that lasted all night. To make matters worse, my room was never serviced once during my entire stay."
