"I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card."

"The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). "Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"We were very impressed with our stay. It is very conveniently located to CBD and all transport options. All staff very friendly and polite. Service of rooms and service at breakfast/dinner exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Sydney. It is also a profit for purpose business (YWCA) which was a pleasant surprise."

"The location of the property was great. That being said, there is construction currently happening on the building next door and it is very loud, this is in addition to the normal sounds of the city. Housekeeping does an outstanding job of keeping our area clean. There is a washer and dryer which is a plus.The beds themselves are very firm.
