"Hypes is a very good place to stay if you are in Cali. It is close to Parque de los Gatos, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Main Bathroom was very spacious and modern, a very nice space. However, the small bathroom had a bit of an odour that will come and go, this was shared with the reception. On the outside of the windows there were two nests, some sort ants insects which was off putting, it did not affect the stay but they were still unappealing to see, the reception was informed about...

"Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. "

"Our stay at San Antonio Hotel was not what we expected but if you don't have the same expectations you may be ok staying here. The room was not fresh and modern... it could use some upgrades. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair on the sink and floor from a previous guest). The toilet seats (which we mentioned) were corroded and needed to be changed (unfortunately, the other room they offered us had the same issue so we did not change). Careful ,review your credit card charges , they charged me twice for the stay. check your account immediately. Pizza restaurant is great but 25 dollars US for a cocktail is way too exaggerated for Cali, Colombia"

"Great location and service. They helped me with everything I requested. Good breakfast. Please check you minibar prices they are are excessive for a hotel this range, the are as expensive as a 5 stars hotel. Bathroom could be bigger compared with the size of the rooms but they are OK for short trips. Sometimes staff in the kitchen/restaurant are could be loud as they speak or play music that doesn't match the hotel's regular playlist. I expected a little bit more of silence on weekends."
