"The location of this hotel is the best because their shopping center is right across the street. Anything that The location of this hotel is the best because there’s shopping center is right across the street. Anything that you need is right there in that area.The customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed the day staff and night staff. I didn’t like how the coffee maker was dirty, I didn’t like how the glasses were dusty on the table by the TV. I didn’t like how small the fridge was no space to put your leftovers in. My particular room the balcony door was hard to open. It’s a little bit broken needs to be fixed. The pool was clean, lifeguard was there the entire time very nice, fire pit didn’t get to use it, but the area was nice and clean very beautiful courtyard. Nice view. Rooms were spacious. Overall, I had an Overall, I had an amazing experience and so did my kids and would consider going back."

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for. "
