"Third time staying at property, perfect for us!"

"Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. I liked that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion there for you. Breakfast the the usual hotel...

"Stopped here randomly just to break up our 12 hour drive. The beds were comfortable for what we needed. Only thing I saw that wasn't great was there were some kind of (dead) flying bugs in the bathroom sink when we arrived. We rinsed the sink out though and didn't see any more of them or any living ones so maybe just needed to be wiped out after pest control had sprayed or whatever. All in all the stay worked for what we needed."

"The check in and check out process was professional and welcoming… The bartender on Saturday (Gabbie?) was phenomenal and extremely welcoming… she made me feel like family in terms of drink and food orders… she is an asset to Tempo."

"The property grounds are absolutely beautiful with multiple cottages, gardens, lakes, and outside seating areas by the water. Harry's Restaurant on site has great food and a lovely outdoor seating area where you can watch the ducks, geese and white swans float by. Unfortunately, the lodging in the main two-story building is nothing special and does not match the exquisite property. We had just a one-night stay so didn't get to use the amenities and activities."

"There was hair all over the room; in the sheets, towels, shower curtain, and shower itself. There was food left in the room on the floor."

"This place is definitely not for families with kids you smell cigarettes everywhere if not something else & the breakfast is literally toast cereal and coffee even a good creamer is not provided I had to stop here it was a little late for me didn’t have an other option otherwise I would never never spend the night there"

"The staff who greeted us as we checked in were exceptionally kind and helpful. Moreso than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple years in the US. We had zero issues, breakfast was hot and delicious. Best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. I would return!"

"The room was clean for the most part. Doors and walls really could've used a wipe down. Fingers prints and dirt were clearly visible. Bathroom and sink were recently remodeled but done poorly, but everything was functional. Main door would not close all the way, thank goodness for the deadbolt. Area was kinda sketch but ok for a short stay. Cleaning staff did change the sheets and provide clean towels on our 3rd day for our 4 night stay. Air unit was great and made the room comfortable.
