"This was one of my worst stays at the hotel. I arrived around 9:00pm and found the AC making a horrible noise. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check it. He Sid, there was a compressor issue and could n’t fix it. In addition, there were multiple problems: the shower tap was leaking, and iron wasn’t work.Despite paying a good amount, the service did not meet expectations. "

"Older building and the rooms have hard mattresses, and inconsistencies in amenities. They also milk you by charging for parking when they have their own lot. When I had an issue with scanning items in their shop, the staff member on duty did very little to help me out. I miss the old Hilton hotels, where they cared about having you as a guest."

"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of my room during my recent stay on 4/22 To be blunt, the state of the hotel was filthy and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience."

"The staff here are so rude. Every single time I come, they are rude and could not be bothered. The lines are insane. It doesn’t matter what day you go or what time of the day, expect to wait in an incredibly long line. There’s no microwaves in the rooms, no room service, they are doing work right now in the buffet was absolutely awful so the only other option was pizza. It doesn’t matter if you return the towels, they are still going to charge you for unreturned towels… Everything is just so overpriced and the staff is rude and the amenities aren’t great. That might be our last time at Great Wolf."
