"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"The experience was terrible right from the start. I booked this reservation in Sep 2025 for a stay in the last weekend of May 2026. When my plans solidified in late April 2026, I tried to adjust the reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights. It was actually more expensive for me to adjust to 2 nights than it was to keep my reservation of 3 nights. When I arrived, the valet did not greet me with a smile and was not particularly helpful. "Please looks clean, however the entire stay the cleaning was terrible. They only made the bed. No replace of bathroom essentials, towels ect.. However beautiful view to the room"

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."

"All in all the experience we had in this hotel was good , the parking fee of $20 per stay seems reasonable compared to other hotel nearby who is charging $50 per stay. The breakfast could be improved more with regards to variety of food and waffle machine maker where in causing a line up because most guest wants to make waffles. Should have an employee on look out to prevent shortages in milk in the counter especially guest using it more for cereal and coffee."
