"O quarto não foi limpo apesar da minha insistência para que fosse. O hotel é desorganizado e os funcionários parecem perdidos, pois nem sequer limpar o quarto fizeram. As instruções são confusas e as instalações não são das melhores. "

"Computer at site lost our Expedia reservation and while my wife and I were in deep discussions as to the issue the desk staff was laughing at us for our English usage not knowing my wife is Brazilian. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it wasn’t bad as was breakfast but could see several guests struggle with the under cooked eggs and bacon. The worst struggle though was determining that a small napkin dispenser in the bathroom was actually giving out 3”x5” slips of toilet paper. Quite the adventure "
