"Given the environment, and that I was there for a conference, which I knew would have me needing for my room to be an oasis, the premium room choice was a good one. Room was on a higher floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bedding was great and I was able to keep the room to a nice cool temperature. Wonderful facility but if possible, I do recommend upgrading your room choice to stay out of the fray and out of the noise."

"This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

"The casino was so smokey I could go I to the casino because of my Asthma. I did think it was cool that there was a sliding glass door that kept the smoke out of the lobby of the hotel. The beds were great. Hotels were clean. It will definitely be back."

"The broad on the floor were loose and uneven. Tripped on it a couple of times. The USB port on the desk was broken. The air conditioner in the room was not functioning. Mattress was so thin I can feel the springs in it. The bed creaked every time I move. I can hear the TV from the room across the hall. There were only one set of towels in the room. Each room has it own balcony which is nice."

"Loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and friendly and welcoming. The property was quite big and we got lost a few times overall it was a great experience. I visited in April and I’m rebooking for July. All the food we had there in a different restaurants were excellent."

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."
