"The property is impeccably clean, tidy and maintained. Everything is also very pretty. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has everything you need. Sue and Al are great hosts. Breakfast was delicious. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Patterson theater and 5 minutes more to the festival theater. The walk is very pleasant through the neighborhood and along the river. We would certainly stay there again and can highly recommend it. "

"Our room is very private, has it's own exit, and no shared walls. There is a private deck. Property is only a few blocks walk to downtown and the theaters. The owners are very nice and helpful. "

"The Secret Garden room is technically the attic, but that makes the room super roomy. Temp was a little warm but there’s an air conditioner so we were very comfortable. There are another set of stairs to get to the room, so be warned. Otherwise, super clean and comfortable stay. Charming old victorian style building.
