"2 huge and very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. The reception and dining staff were all lovely and the food way above our expectations. Our stay was all too short (early flight) but our experience was very good indeed. My one suggestion is to include your excellent little walking map between the airport terminal and the hotel in the booking receipt. It's not that easy to find on a cold dark night"

"Beautifully clean room with kettle , tea and coffee in room . Neat and clean shower and toilet ensuite. Breakfast was superb . Full English with everything else you could think of you might want. Staff , amicable and very helpful . If there was anything amiss it would have been glasses in room, but I,m sure we could have had some had we asked. We made do with our Bacardi and coke in the the coffee mugs ; D"

"Only stayed for one night but what a lovely hotel. Check-in staff at reception were welcoming and very friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was large. Immaculate. Huge bed which was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in ages. Tv, iron, hairdryer, fridge, microwave and kettle. Breakfast was superb. Food regularly restocked. Excellent choice of both hot and cold foods. Breakfast staff helpful and welcoming with a smile and friendly. Hotel is a 15/20 minute walk...

"I love this hotel, this was our second stay here. It's in a great location, close to Merchant City and a stone throw from GLQ. The hotel is modern, but the rooms have a slightly classic feel, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious."

"Hotel was comfortable and modern. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Well priced for the area, and very accessible to a large variety of things. Some great restaurants around the corner, and being directly next door to Central Station was great . Staff were great with each interaction. The lobby was also comfortable and enjoyed a drink and people watching in the space. "
