"Well when we arrived reception was nice they are in the middle of refurbishment just now but our room was finished beds are brand new comfortable we didn't have breakfast though. Only thing is a pain you need to book your car for parking £10 failing that across the road carpark Whick was £8 for 42 hours hotel in general you only get what you pay for and it was spot on for this hotel good view from my room"

"My room was very clean. The staff was excellent. Unfortunately this time I did not have breakfast. The parking was excellent in the centre of oban ,For Oban it was a bonus free..parking."

"Phenomenal place, everyone's Scottish dream, cozy, elegant, with spectacular views and such a memorable sunset. The room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed and the breakfast was scrumptious. I can't wait to come back!"

"The room was dirty, dusty, the menu in the draw had tea/coffee stains on it - although it was laminated- and the drawers were full of crumbs/ bits, the toilet was tiny and the whole room was untidy/shabby looking. The breakfast which we paid £13.50 each for was not great, there was a good choice but the bacon was very lightly cooked the beans were cold and the eggs were either done too much hard or not enough & snotty. I only saw one member of staff the whole time he seemed to do everything reminded me of the tv show fawlty towers but they had more staff."

"We booked a room (apartment ) for one night on our way through town headed to Isle of Skye- we checked in staff was very friendly and polite but let us know our place was offsite at a different building up the road. The room looked nothing like what we saw advertised as their modern fresh looking rooms we saw on line. Place was extremely dated and worn out/ windows had been left open to bring fresh air in and the musty smell out …temporarily. Sadly we did not spend the night there- took us until 9pm to find a place that could accommodate our small family- we asked for a refund in the am with proof (receipt ) we stayed elsewhere but was informed the receptionist had no authority to do so- wish better luck on the next guest. "

"I had a twin room to myself which was very lucky because the first bed I selected was so uncomfortable I had to move beds half way through the night. Luckily the second bed was okay - but it was the one nearest the door which is never my first choice. The staff were all lovely and very helpful"

"Loved our stay at Isles of Glencoe. I wish I booked more days there. It was so nice to open the windows at night to let the fresh mountain air in! The beds were comfortable. This was the best stay I’ve had in Scotland so far in regards to sleep. Our TV didn’t work but we didn’t care as we were not there to watch TV. The location is great. The included breakfast was good and had a great dinner at the onsite restaurant. Service was good as well! The front desk staff seemed a bit confused whenever we interacted with them but I guess they were just new and needed training. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to beautiful Glencoe."

"Amazing location, especially if you take the train…absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and kind, and stored our luggage before check in and after check out so we could just sightsee and enjoy the town."
