"The booking was for 3 people, there were only two towels and although the sofa bed was made it wasn't pulled and and when set up uncomfortable. There was a cashew on the floor so was it vacuumed? Dusty in places. The hot water in the shower was an issue, hot as the fires of hell, borderline danferous, ..."
