"The hotel was located on a hill overlooking Lake Taupo as opposed to on the lake. We had a lovely well presented room that featured Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries ( one of my favorite brands) Staying in Lake Taupo was definitely a highlight of our trip."

"Booked 2 rooms. Clean and good location. Door swollen and had to be pushed to close. My room had 1 teaspoon for 2 of us. My other guest in the other room had no teaspoons. Just small details that needs to taken care of. Value for money. I will stay there again"
