"Lady at front desk was super friendly and very helpful. We arrived at around 530pm with 2 hungry kids and she showed me several places to eat from restaurant to take away. She was very helpful and our room was clean and the heat pump was on so our room was warm when we arrived."

"Located next to the spirit of Tasmania terminal, it’s clean. It has gym which is great. The room is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly but the room don’t have table and chair to do my paperwork and the bathroom make a lot of mess after shower, the water spread to all over the floor, the curtain in the shower is too short to prevent the water spread to all over the floor out side the bath room. "

"What a lovely place with a delightful host. Great communication from Ting, the host and effortless checkin. Ting has a great knowledge of the area and will guide you through anything you need to know. The room is spotless with everything we needed. There’s a pod coffee machine as well.
