"While the room was considered well equipped, there were essential items missing in the room as a hotel rental. There were NO face cloths, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom. There were only 2 cloth hangers. No cleaning or replacing towels for a 4 day stay (even it is what was advertised). Why can't short term stay like us use the laundry machines while long term (29 days+) can. The location is excellent, very convenient. If these shortcomings are still there, I may not book this hotel again."

"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. "The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bed frame was visibly filthy, and the mattress sheets looked old, stained, and unclean. The bathroom was covered in dust, the shower doors were broken, and the hair dryer did not work. There was also no air conditioning, only a fan, which is not sufficient during hot summer days. Additionally, the photos on the Expedia listing are very misleading and make the room appear much nicer than it actually is."

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"Zuma Craft was in an excellent location for touring Zurich. Pros - clean, modern amenities, private, adequate necessities, as shown in pic, close to train station (10-15 mins) - we booked large/kitchen. Cons - can get noisy at night, not enough large towels (store room not replenished even after we requested) air conditioner is a portable unit - literally 2 glasses !! - that's all for water wine etc. No toaster. Refused to upgrade us to an available larger unit even though we had paid MUCH ...
