"The lack of a reception and available staff made the whole experience very empty. It felt like a motel with no soul or vibes. The lack of staff with check in meant all information was provided via 10 different formats, including wallpapers, shower pamphlets, QR codes etc. making it easy to oversee something, which we did, and one staff member seem annoyed when we as a result asked about it. "This was a stunning property with a beautiful view. There was a lot of construction when we were there, but I’d highly recommend it for when the construction is complete. The rooms were very clean and the front foyer was rustic and very cute! Great breakfast in the morning. We stayed one night and it just happened to be the night the restaurant was closed (Wednesday night). Was great overall!"
