Independent Lake Ozark hotels

"At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again."

"I believe the suite had just been rehabbed. The fixtures looked new and the paint was perfect. No dents in the cabinets. It was quiet and there were geese on the lake shoreline. I sat outside and watched them for quite a while. I never saw them again but they were worth it. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. There was a band that played outside on Saturday night and they were pretty good. Kept us there buying drinks. When we left and went back to our room, we could not hear the band even when we were outside. There was no maid service. If we wanted clean sheets or towels, we had to take them to housekeeping and exchange them. We only stayed a couple of days so no big deal for us."

"The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them. The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"

"Nothing bad to say but...i got the room based on indoor pool. We get tjere its broken closed. Not a deal breaker tho ..i would stay again!!!!"
