"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"There was no pool, thats the only thing we felt was missing. Otherwise beautiful, new rooms with good mountain views from 3rd floor. We loved our stay."

"We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund."

"Super friendly staff at the desk! Brand new place, so might not be on your gps. Wasn't on mine. It's next to the former Hinshaws Honda. EXTREMELY NICE ROOMS! LOTS of outlets on all walls. Full size refrigerator! Huge microwave! Doors have trouble closing every time, but not really a problem. Breakfast is the only thing they don't offer, but none of the Woodsprings do. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I hit Pacific Raceways."

"We were only in the area for 1 night, so this was a decent hotel. Only 25-30 minutes from SEATAC Airport."

"When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. "For the price it is incredible.... Only issue is the 15-20 minutes drive to airport. Ask for balcony facing the golf course"

"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."
