However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"Was a good stay stay if i count it by room , but lift was not working, hot tub didn't work, toiletries were not filled, room service for cleaning was not given even when we told them to. Breakfast was very basic."

"Room smelt like a harsh chemical/blue light uv odor even after keeping the door and window open to air out for a long time. The floors were dirty and the carpet was sticky. Check in staff was nice and helpful but overall I would not stay here again."

"We ask for a queen bed but was given a double bed and kitchen but not no utensils. I was disappointed in the pet depositing motel 6 one part was studio 6 as well but to put up deposit when it did match the standard of being newer and one small for each side of the bed which was small and woren They could added more pillows and towel just because it was studio!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to our housekeeper, Alicia. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you all for the great hospitality—we would definitely stay here again!"

"The only thing that I didn't enjoy was pool vlosed at 11 and opened 10am it would be amazing if they stayed open later and opened earlier there breakfast is very high quality"

"Room was clean but in need of updating. Air conditioning was a hit and miss of working it smelled like mildew or something trying to cover up the smell of smoke or animals. We pick this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. The shuttle service stops at 11 and our plane was late, but I called them when we got to the baggage claim and they accommodated us to pick us up. The van was ok. The driver was extremely helpful with our luggage and friendly. "

The day manager had to come back to check the guests in from an iPad. The property was very old and not well kept at all. "Without question, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The property attracts sketchy individuals, and there seemed to be a police presence almost every night. Fire alarms were going off repeatedly, making it difficult to feel safe or get any rest. The room itself was absolutely disgusting.
