"Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. "2nd time visiting Lake Garda Desenzano and the park hotel, like last time we had a wonderful stay, the room we wrre it has had a refurbishment which was nice, shower room was very nicely done and room on the whole was lovely, as was last visit the staff are great and welcoming.
