"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Unbelievable beautiful place. We absolutely loved our time there. "

"After debating between many Tuscan vineyards/B&Bs to stay at, I am so glad we picked this one. The venue was beautiful, the room was nice and clean (with AC), and they had a gorgeous remote pool overlooking the vineyard. The people working were all incredibly kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, in addition to the owner. "By far the best place we stayed during our week in Tuscany (including places that cost many times more). Perfect location, impeccable service, super friendly staff. "

"It was a very pleasant stay, a warm welcome. A beautiful location surrounded by nature."

"Wonderful stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was peaceful, very clean, and well maintained. The vegan food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. Anna the host was warm and welcoming, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended! The location worked really well as a base for the Tuscany trail."

"abbiamo soggiornato una notte, nel complesso è stato piacevole. davo per scontato la presenza di aria condizionata ma ciò non è accaduto. nel messaggio non era specificato che una volta prese le chiavi la stanza si trovava sulla strada e non nell’ edificio . "

"Beautiful backyard and olive orchard super nice covered large table for breakfast. Large rooms good ac no or very few mosquitoes. Would stay here again"

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."

"Ottima location il titolare persona squisita pace tranquillità caratterizzano il posto da ritornarci sicuramente"
