"The good: staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Snow was cleared promptly. Parking was convenient. Location was good -- central to where we wanted to be.
The not-so-good: rooms are stark modern and cold. Not human-friendly. "Desk" (or dining-table) chairs didn't have wheels and so were hard to move. "Suite" was a motel room with stove & dishwasher (no separation of spaces). Breakfast was OK but bad enough that I ate there only one of three days. Coffee: bold or...
