"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "This is the second time we have stayed here and the conditioner in the room has been empty. As someone with long hair this is a problem. The first time I assumed it may not have been filled by the cleaning staff, but the second time we stayed we went down to the front desk and we were told that they were out of conditioner. Why do you have pump bottles on the wall of the shower to hold conditioner if you’re not gonna carry the product? Super frustrating. "
