"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! The Staff Truly Went Above and Beyond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was so seamless and easy! I had read a few reviews mentioning issues with the air conditioning, but our experience was the complete opposite! Our room was absolutely freezing, if anything we had to turn the AC down! 😂 The food at the hotel restaurant was hands down some of our favourite food from our entire trip to Rio! Everything we tried was delicious! A special thank you to Washington, who was so hands-on, patient and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I don’t speak Portuguese, but he went out of his way to help me connect to the Wi-Fi and even made sure everything was set up in English so I could understand it. It’s those little things that really make a difference! The staff outside were equally amazing! They helped us with our luggage, kept an eye out for our Ubers and always made sure we were taken care of. As tourists visiting a country where we don’t speak the language, that extra level of care made us feel incredibly safe and comfortable. What really stood out to me was how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was. You could tell the staff truly cared about their guests, and that made our experience so much more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit to Rio suc"
