"Had booked 1st floor to stay, but there is not lift. We asked for changing to ground floor. The staff was very nice to help us. Overall. We were happy to stay there and just walk less than 5 mins to reach lake , restaurants and market. Would happy to stay again next time ."

"Stayed in a family room / apartment facing the lake. The best hotel among the 7 hotel we stayed in New Zealand - was very comfortable. They even had a washing machine / dryer in the room itself! Electric blankets and the heating was perfect! Kitchen well equipped. Will definitely recommend this place!"
