"O hotel é bom e localizado bem no centrinho de São Roque. O café da manhã é muito bom e o jantar está incluso no valor da hospedagem.
Para o jantar, é possível escolher a proteína e os acompanhamentos são padrão, mas gostamos bastante. Existe a opção de pedir outras coisas do cardápio, mas o valor é a parte.
O atendimento no geral foi muito bom, principalmente no bar e no jantar foram todos super antenciosos com as dúvidas, o serviço e até em encontrar jogos que pedimos.

"Sem suporte de recepção. na saída aperta o botão para liberar e na entrada, só falar seu o quarto, entra qualquer um, sem identificação nenhuma.
Como se trata de Hostel os chuveiros péssimos não cai água, e quando cai quente demais mesmo regulando, ralos sem tampas e banheiro feminino são usado por homens onde nem fecham a tampa.
Hóspedes não respeitam o horário do dormitório, como não tem ninguém para supervisionar, fica largado.
