"Well maintained facility. Helpful and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast food."

"What a sweet place!! The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the staff members were friendly. Great location—The Inn is close to the Dana Thomas house, the Lincoln house and all the historic sites in the downtown area."

"Customer service on arrival was outstanding and questions about places to visit , was knowledgeable"

"Desk staff not at all friendly. Just looking at their scree all the time. Still waiting for a Hello"

"Clean and comfortable for the most part. Housekeeping for stay over was a bit lacking. Our room card was mistakenly deactivated one day earlier than our check out. Was easily resolved, but aggravating."

"I could not believe this was a HILTON. I never stayed at a Hilton like this. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly when we checked in. When we checked our room out, we decided we could not sleep there comfortably. We went back to the front desk and no one was there. We waited for some time. "We go to this hotel once a year for an event and have not been disappointed. It’s not the Hilton it’s basic hotel but definitely fits our our needs. The beds were great, staff were amazing too! We’ve stayed here for the last 4 yrs and know we are safe and have convenient access to the highway whatever we may need! Just know the only room amenities will be a bar of soap. They would gladly provide you a hairdryer if asked. We know what we need to bring so it’s not a big deal for us....

"We enjoyed our stay, and the kittens we brought liked exploring. The breakfast was ok, but my sister could not eat much. We were hoping for scrambled eggs and bacon, which she CAN eat."

"We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable."

"Not recommended"

"Took a while to check in (had to wait a while on the front desk clerk to return) A Little wear and tear cosmetically, but our room was clean, staff was friendly."
