"My family and I arrived at La Quinta Inn in Springfield, IL. located on 1121 LeJune Dr. We were all tired from a long drive and wanted to lay down right away. Within a few hours of being inside room 220 we noticed a roach crawling on the wall. I took a picture of it to show to the desk person who informed me that they were sold out for the night. Of course I ended up at a better hotel that night. The managers and the owners took weeks only to refund me half of my money back. What a poor and sloppy management team and customer service. I reached out to Wyndham but the fact that this particular location is privately owned, they could do anything."
