They did not honor the booking that I had made well in advance online, with different staff giving me different explanations of the problem (at least one of which I knew to be false), and at no point in time did the manager offer an apology for the considerable inconvenience this caused me. He did try to find me an alternative place to stay, but then ended up getting angry with me after I didn’t want to stay at a place a couple of kilometers out of...
