"A/C was fine. Room is old, beat up in poor condition. Needs renovation. No coffee maker!"

"I hhad reservation. Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. Signs on window and do saying no check in before 3pm. Door was locked and lights off. No one around to talk to. Not what i would call even minimum service. I decided to go somewhere else.Have travel insurance so I will dispute room charge"

"The property is starting to show its age. The equipment in the gym was good. The carpeting needs replacement or at least a thorough steam cleaning. The room was very clean when we checked in. The towels are SO soft. The exterior needs a lot of repair including the beautiful fountain in the courtyard. A huge plus is that it is located on the River Walk. "

"Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing."
