"We arrived at 1.30pm. And were told that the room wasn't ready. Fair enough as we were early. Then reception said that if we paid $20 we could get in at 3pm. She then went on to say that it wasn't very busy, but would be by the time we were checking out at the weekend. Not very welcoming. Good room with balcony. The table was filthy. Lots of good towels. The toiletries weren't replaced while we were there. The breakfast was very basic but at least it was provided. 45 minute brisk walk from Ogunquit, so good for our exercise! 😂 nothing much round about but Ogunquit was good."
