"The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The outside lights did make it hard to sleep if you prefer your room totally dark. They do offer blackout curtains that install easily. Parking was good and amenities were good. Will be planning a trip back to Maine and staying at the Anchorage."

"The Milestone is a nice, clean property, but nothing outstanding. It provides adequate parking, with exterior room access, more a motel than a hotel. Rooms were plain, but clean. The room was subject to much noise from the parking lot and adjacent rooms. The room heating/cooling system was effective and easy to operate. The bed was typically uncomfortable for a motel of this type. TV system provides a lot of channels, but is very difficult to navigate. The free continental breakfast was sparse. Overall about 3/5 when compared top similar properties."

There was a lot of construction happening at the site so the parking lot and surroundings were not as nice as they could have been however they are making improvements so it is understandable. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were more than adequate. Also a good diner walking distance across the street."
