"Very convenient location in terminal 2 CGK. A good place to rest from a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've stayed here three years in a row and the staff remembers me. Has a full service restaurant, beer and drinks, room service, shuttle service and a smoking lounge."

The hotel is very clean and modern with good amenities and the plus side is that there are food options within the precinct of the hotel in a mini mall area. "한국출장객입니다. 자카르타 출장자 많으실텐데 한국인 리뷰가 없어서 도움이될까 해요. 23년 출장에도 머큐어 탕에랑에서 지냈고, 24년 출장에도 머큐어 탕에랑에서 지낼정도로 만족한 숙소입니다. 근처 가게로 이동할때는 GRAB이용하면 되고, 배달음식도 빨리오고, 특히 호텔 내부 레스토랑이 합리적으로 잘되어있어서 여기서 24시간 지내도 즐겁게 지내실 수 있을 것 같습니다."
