"Can’t say enough nice things about the staff. They were nice enough to handle my laundry on short notice so that they could get it back to me before checkout. I left a hat in the room and they ran after me to give it back. The amenities and accommodations are excellent, but the dedication of the staff is what really makes this place special."

Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. Beds were nice but very firm-if you like soft beds you may want a different style hotel. But I found them to be comfortable.
