"Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. I would definitely recommend...

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, inmitten des Geschehens, und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet, was für ältere Personen oder Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, hervorragend ist. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, aber mit Charme. Da es mitten in der Altstadt liegt, muss man sich mit der entsprechenden Lautstärke arrangieren. Auch hier ist man mitten drin. "

"The reception is not at the entrance of the building, & no clear indication of where it is. It is in the bar around the corner & should be clearly marked at the enterance of the building. Otherwise location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distace from main square, Wawel castle & Jewish quarter."

"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "

"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop.
