I was overcharged and they denied it even when I showed them my bank statement. Mold in bathroom. I would ask to see room before accepting it. But for that price what can you expect. :(

La habitación cómoda y la atención fue amable. tuve un incidente con el servicio de taxi que se pidió desde la recepción del hotel ya que el conductor no estaba registrado, por lo que recomiendo verificar que la solicitud se haga desde una aplicación.

Puntos malos 1. No tiene elevador, limitación para discapacitados, se suben maletas por escalera, nos tocó habitación 4o piso 2. No hicieron limpieza de habitación, se tiene que solicitar en recepción, pero no dicen se haga. 3. Desayuno limitado a café/ jugo, pan tostado o cereal 4.Baño no tenía agua caliente, se solicitó revisión nunca fueron y no se solucionó 5. Habitación pequeña y con mínimo espacio para pertenecías 6. No hay comercios o tiendas cerca… solo a 3-4 cuadras 7. Interior de hotel muy caliente y húmedo no ventilación o aire en pasillos Puntos buenos 1. Aire acondicionado funcionando al 100% 2. Cama cómoda 2. Tiene alberca Por precio tomado con anticipación, buen hotel para 1 noche, sin maletas. No me quedaría nuevamente, por el precio hay mejores con más calidad y prestigio Hay mucho por mejorar

La decoración es muy atractiva, los A/C funcionan de maravilla, presión de agua excelente, entrada de estacionamiento automático, hay una oportunidad de mejora en este punto, pues la pluma del estacionamiento no detecta a las personas (sensor) y había q agacharse para poder salir. Después descubrímos que puedes presionar el sensor de manera manual, un letrero serviría mucho.
