"The hotel is dingy, I saw a roach in my room, scared my daughter . The floor could use a shampoo and vacuum behind the bed"

"Clean hotel , staff pleasant and helpful"

"Awesome"

"All the staff was wonderful. Miguel was exceptional in telling us about the free trolley. He even took us to the trolley stop and told some of the city’s history."

"We caught bed bugs"

"Clean room, quiet area, friendly service"

"We stayed here just one night. Our first room 101 was absolutely disgusting, the lightbulbs were taken, so there was no lightbulbs in any of the lamps or nightstand lamps. The drawers had dirt and stuff in them. As I was walking out of our room to go tell them there was a roach at our front door. The management was super nice after telling them they put us in a room 102 which was better but having that feeling of bugs being in your room was not a grateful night sleep for sure. When I spoke with...

"We stayed here because we were attending a game at Benchmark arena. Excellent choice for that reason alone because its walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bedding super comfortable. The pool was invigorating. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect. The staff, especially the manager Grant were very welcoming and concerned about guests experience. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to others and will be visiting it again soon."

"Room was clean and comfortable, however, there was an awful sewage smell on the 4th floor, which also permeated the room. We went downstairs and reported the smell to the front desk, and the girl was nonchalant. There was no ice machine on the 4th floor, had to go to other floors. Overall, good enough for a 2 night's stay."
