"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!"

"Stayed here my first couple nights in Cusco. I loved the vibe. Beware it is on a hill so I was getting a crash course with walking up and dealing with the altitude. It was good practice for my hike. The area is great for little cafes and has the better views of the city."

"Basic hotel right of the main square in Cusco. For the price, I was happy with the hotel. My only real complaint was the wi-fi wasn't great and kept going out for short durations and was slow when it was working. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a ton of of restaurants and shops in the area around the main square. "This hotel is in a lovely area of Cusco - easy walking distance to shopping and the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tea and filtered water are available 24/7.
