"A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"The bed was very comfortable and an extra large king size. The room was comfortable and we had enough space for our things. The staff were helpful anytime we asked for anything. "We stayed here after the Sacred Valley between trips on the Inca Trail and Ausangate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. There is a restaurant on site and laundry across the street that is open 24 hours. We didn’t have a chance to explore the area around the hotel but it does seem like a very central location in Cusco."
