My home away from home! A comfortable and exciting place to be. The staff is fantastic, a great energy to be surrounded in and it’s so close to the beach. I highly recommend you stay here when you visit Tamarindo. PURA VIDA!!!

Great location in the middle of the town, easy acces to Beach and Town restaurants, safe, good and friendly staff. My only concern is the water that sometimes is very low pressure and sometimes even not running water but i believe as they explained is a City problem not a hotel problem.

While the staff was very friendly, the location convenient, the private suite was beautiful and I enjoyed the night market activity and welcome drinks, there were several issues during my stay. In five days, my room was only cleaned once and they left a dirty rag on my nightstand. There was no gas in the ovens to cook, the TV didn't work, there was a mini bar menu but no mini bar, there was a coffee machine in my room but no coffee, I asked twice to have the light and tap fixed in my bathroom and nothing happened. The kitchen was missing several things like sharp knives, cutting boards, pens and stickers to label food, no "free" food section which is very common in hostels, basics like oil and pepper. Also, I asked for information on an activity and never heard back. At checkout, they said I hadn't paid when I already had. This is a party hostel and pretty loud so great if you're a social butterfly, otherwise not so much. It was a shame so many things went wrong! Not sure I would recommend.

A few disappointments. It's a hostel and you have to hide or walk far to smoke a cigarette or drink a beer. The restaurant is very costy and they don't allow us to sit by the pool with our own food or drinks. Bathrooms were not so clean and our room in 4 days was never cleaned.

Room very small. Bathrooms dirty. Comen area do not look like the photos. No room cleaning especialy with it being at the beach. Overpriced rooms and overpriced bar drinks. To leave or enter the propery the guard is very rude to open the gate. The front desk personel do not enform you of the property amenoties sich as a common kitchen etc.

The owners hang out all day talking together which makes you feel unwelcome. The girl that checked us in said there was a welcome drink at 7 every day but they offered us a 2-1 deal instead . When I saw the girl that checked us in she said it was a mistake and then 2 glasses with brown stuff suddenly appeared which was unacceptable in looks and taste, the place could be so nice but it is not. It’s close to the beach but really expensive in the area. Which is why a communal kitchen was nice but they closed that down on our last day so they can sell you a 35$ meal multiple times a day. No thanks greedy little man.

My private room was not clean, and there were stains all over my sheets. I requested new sheets, and the new sheets had stains on them as well. A friend I met there was staying in the shared dorm and got bed bugs from staying here. My AC was not working for the first two days of my stay. I requested for my AC to get fixed, and the maintenance man came and left me with no remote and the temperature on 17 degree C(62 degree F). It was a nice location, and things to do but definitely not worth the price for a private room that was dirty on the walls, power in and out, stains (looks like bed bug stains), and other stains on the sheets when I requested new ones.

Ya no existe, reserve una noche una habitación por $104 y llego al hotel y está cerrado permanentemente y no hacen la devolución es una completa estafa, y mas mal expidia que lo promociona, cobran y se quedan con el dinero muy mal por la app que no está atenta a los cambios de sus proveedores, muy mal hecho falta de ética y mala respuesta de la app que es la que tiene que dar garantía de los hoteles que ofrecen.

No geral minha estadia foi boa. A localização é perfeita e é possível fazer tudo a pé no centro de tamarindo. Tem um supermercado em frente ao hostel tambem o que foi ótimo. Minha unica observaçao é que falta um pouco de manutençao nos quartos. Tive um problema com o box do banheiro que enchia toda vez que tomava banho. Reclamei 3x até que me trocaram de quarto.

Dålig service och orent. Inget ställe att rekommendera. Vi skulle få checka in kl 3 pm, men fick sitta och vänta till kl 6 pm då vårat rum inte var klart, trots påminnelser flera gånger. När vi kom till rummet fanns dessutom inga handdukar som vi fick fråga om två gånger innan de till slut kom ett par timmar senare.
