"Olin kahden lapseni kanssa 11 v j a 12 v Harmony Hotellissa viikon ajan maaliskuussa. Hotellin kanssa yhteistyö alkoi huonosti. Olimme sopineet sähköpostilla haun lentokentältä. Olin antanut lennon tiedot pyydetysti Kuitenkaan vastassa ei ollut ketään. Odottelimme aikamme ja kun ketään ei tullut, menimme taksitolpan taksilla hotellille. "Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."

Agriturismo Deviscio
Lecco
9.8 daripada 10, Luar biasa, (46 ulasan)
"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing. One thing to note is that the...

"This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights. Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the management’s...
