"Room was very nice and bed comfortable."

"Our room was not cleaned between nights. But the time we got back to the room, I was ready for bed and did not call but….why wasn’t it cleaned. Breakfast items were out and not replenished despite another hour before they closed. Two of three toilets in the lobby restroom did not get flushed nor cleaned from the time we checked in (about 4:30 Saturday) to Monday morning when we left about 9. "

"I was terribly upset . They wrote they have free shuttle to the airport but that’s not true . You can’t use the ride they provide till 7am. So if you have a flight before then prepared to pay about 50$ to the airport . This was so annoying and they don’t have this information anywhere"

"Someone unlocked and entered our room early in the morning while we were sleeping. The person quickly left when I woke up. The hotel was great but this security breach was concerning. We reported this to front desk. They haven’t done anything so far other than just saying “Oh, that never happens.”"
